Originally from Kerala, God's Own Country, Dr. Vipin Soosadasan holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and brings over 20 years of experience across IGCSE, CBSE and ICSE schools. He serves as Chairman of St. Paul Kerala Educational Society, Gurdaspur, Punjab, with a vision of purposeful leadership and meaningful educational transformation.
His educational philosophy emphasises empathy, inclusive learning, student well-being, teacher empowerment and the holistic development of every learner.
He is the author of Urgency Without Empathy Is Noise and Revolution Begins Here, reflecting his commitment to compassionate leadership and positive change in education.
